Payments & Fees

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and mobile payments such as Apple Pay & Cash App. Please note, there is a 3% transaction fee for all non-cash payments.

Booking Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total service cost is required prior to approval.

Special Appointment Times: Appointments scheduled for Sundays, Mondays, or outside regular hours require an additional $50 booking fee.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: You have 24 hours to report any issues, and we will rectify them at no additional cost.

Booking Policies

Cancellation: We require at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Rescheduling: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another date or time. Thank you for your understanding.

Lateness: We do not charge a late fee. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, the deposit will be forfeited, and it cannot be transferred to another date or time. Thank you for your understanding.

Appointment Requests: All appointments must be approved by the salon after being requested. Please check your email for our communications.

Salon Hours
Our salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Additional Guests: Children are welcome only if they are receiving services. Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.

Private Suite: Please be mindful that our space is small and intimate. Do not bring too many belongings with you.

Hair Products: Outside products are not allowed in the salon. If you have a medical condition requiring specific products, please speak with the staff prior to scheduling.

Mandatory Shampoo: As required by the State Board of Cosmetology, a mandatory shampoo is included with our services.

What is a Cosmetology Salon Apprenticeship?
Are you interested in pursuing a career in cosmetology? Consider an apprenticeship program! Our cosmetology apprenticeship provides hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals in the industry. You'll gain valuable skills and knowledge while working towards your cosmetology license. Start your journey towards a rewarding career in cosology today!
To obtain a cosmetology license in Pennsylvania, an individual must either graduate from an approved cosmetology school or complete an approved apprenticeship program. For those who choose the apprenticeship route, the State Board of Cosmetology issues an apprentice permit. This permit allows cosmetology apprentices to obtain their cosmetology training within a licensed cosmetology salon, under the direction and supervision of a licensed cosmetology teacher.
Hours earned within a licensed school of cosmetology CANNOT be combined in any manner with hours earned as an apprentice.

Jazrael spent her lifetime of working in the salon, creating a space where she combines fashion, art, and love by using hair as her canvas. Her passion to help others, led her to pursue a career in cosmetology. The most important part of the Salon Life experience, is educating all clientele on healthy hair care etiquette though love and consistency. She admires the intimate salon setting, where she collaborates with her clients to create amazing styles fit for their personality, lifestyle, and image.

In 2023, Jazrael enrolled in Bryant & Stratton College Jazrael's dedication to her education and business is truly inspiring. Hair Loss Practitioner - Trichologist 2022
In 2022, Jazrael continued to further her education focusing on a new career in Trichology. Trichology is the study of the diseases that affect the human hair and scalp. This includes hair loss, scaly scalp conditions and conditions that growth and texture of the hair. Hair loss and scalp conditions can be caused by numerous factors including genetics, lifestyle, diet, and autoimmune conditions. A trichologist is a medically trained professional who analyses, diagnoses, and treats hair and scalp conditions. Trichology is a specialized branch of science that deals with the treatment of hair loss and scalp disorders. It also focuses on the structure, and function of diseases that of the human hair.The first step to understanding your hair loss is to book a consultation.
Cosmetology Educator 2016
In 2016 Jazrael enrolled into a Cosmetology Educator's Program at Empire Beauty School. Her passion for teaching and helping others prosper, lead her to create a cosmetology apprenticeship. To obtain a cosmetology license in Pennsylvania, an individual must either graduate from an approved cosmetology school or complete an approved apprenticeship program. Jean Madeline Aveda Institute was Jazrael's first choice of cosmetology schools. She attended immediately after obtaining her high school diploma from Philadelphia High School for Girls in 2010. At Jean Madeline, she learned professionalism, skilled techniques, speed, salon etiquette and client retention. Jazrael graduated top of her class and received her Pennsylvania Cosmetology License in 2011!
